Northern Lights

In conjunction with the Adelaide Fringe Festival, Adelaide Bank Festival of Arts decides celebrates this year by organising an event called the Northern Lights. Celebrating one of the most beautiful cultural boulevards in the world for the duration of the festival, the city's historic architectural icons will be painted with light and colored with life. Electric canvas will be used to transfer the buildings into exceptional arts. I really think this event is relatively successful compared to the weird musical drama that I attended two years ago where nobody understand any shits. Everyone's responses was like "......... okay....wats going on...." *laughs* Lets enjoy the photos

Time flies

In a blink of an eye, I am once again, back in Adelaide after a long nice holiday in Malaysia. I am quite fond of the fact that i gained 2 kilos when I am in Malaysia *laughs*. That's quite an achievement for me. A new breakthrough I suppose. Can't help to be happy.

My trip back to Malaysia this time wasn't quite productive as I like it to be. Besides lazing around enjoying things ( drama marathon, all night gaming, spoiled myself with my favourite local delicacies) that I haven't involved myself in for a long time, I was reluctant to pick up a book or two to remove the cogs from my brain. haha. Most importantly, I once again failed to score above band 7 for all categories for IELTS. Had a score of 6.5 in two of the sections. Blasted marker. Why can't she gave me a 7 instead of a 6.5. Its just a point 5 difference. So i am force to apply for the temporary graduate visa to stay in Australia. Things would be different if I am eligible to apply for PR as I would be able to take my time to cast my lines around hoping I could land a cast on the fish that I like. I can't help to feel anxious and restless. Pressure of not being able to land a job within 6 months after getting my TR is building up day by day.

Despite my desperation, an interview finally came to my doorsteps. Its from an energy auditing company which is looking for a graduate engineer to work on measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. My first interview was schedule last week and to my delight, they liked me and I will be having my second interview tomorrow in Melbourne. Hopefully, things will go smoothly.

Kinda looking forward to see Claire as she sounds kinda sweet on the phone..:p
